 IBC BANK-HOUSTON Promotes Jackelyn Paz to Bank Officer 

(NOV. 12, 2018) HOUSTON – IBC Bank-Houston is proud to announce the promotion of operations coordinator Jackelyn Paz to bank officer. In addition to managing the bank’s day-to-day operational functions, Paz will guide and develop innovative efforts to evaluate systems and procedures for more operational efficiency.

“Jackelyn is an integral member of the IBC Bank-Houston team,” said Jay Rogers, IBC Bank-Houston Chairman and CEO. “She personifies the IBC Bank ‘We Do More’ philosophy. Her ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively while ensuring the bank’s operational efficiencies are met makes her a valuable asset to our team.”

Paz joined IBC Bank in 2010 as a sales representative and was promoted to operations coordinator in 2017. In her role she is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and disseminating important information regarding bank-wide operational changes in procedure. Paz also serves as a critical resource in policy and regulation interpretation. In her spare time, Paz volunteers with Mutts and Meows rescue group by attending Fort Bend PetSmart Adoptions events.

Paz is married to Hector Paz and is a member of Young Professionals Group, an organization of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation, and Association of Latino Professionals for America.
