Direct Deposit is designed to take the place of a paycheck. This new electronic payroll system enables the Employer to deposit all of an Employee’s wages into their personal checking account on payday, regardless of the financial institution where the employee holds his/her account. Through IBC Link, our online business banking tool, the Employer can upload the Employees' banking accounts and specify the wages for that pay period. With a click of a few buttons, the wages are sent electronically to the corresponding bank, eliminating the need for paper checks!
