(AUG. 10, 2017) CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - IBC Bank-Corpus Christi is proud to announce the promotion of Curtis Clark from Treasury Management Liaison to Treasury Management Bank Officer. In this position, Clark will continue to promote the commercial and small business services offered by the bank, including working as a customer advocate for IBC Link, the bank's online business banking service.

With more than 15 years of management experience, with four of those years in banking, Clark exemplifies IBC Bank's "We Do More" philosophy in his community leadership. Clark currently serves as chairman of the Mary McLeod Bethune Early Child Development board of directors; second vice chairman of the Corpus Christi International Airport board of directors; Corpus Christi Council of PTAs board of directors; vice president of CCISD Middle Schools and Harold C. Kaffie Middle School PTA board president; vice chairman of United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce Chamber Champions; and Boys & Girls Club of Coastal Bend board of directors.
 
A U.S. Navy veteran, Clark has continued to hone his leadership skills through the local Leadership Corpus Christi program, where he was a 2016 graduate of Class 44. He has continued with the organization, serving on the Class 46 steering committee. Other honors for Clark include being named one of Corpus Christi's "40 Under 40" in 2016 and the 2017 honoree of the Juneteenth Coalition.
 
Outside of IBC and his community involvement, Clark follows politics, nationally and locally. Additionally, since the New Year, he resolved to journal and read on a regular basis. Clark is married to his wife, Melissa, and they have a 13-year-old son, Jaden.
