Bank Partners with Operation Finally Home to Recognize Veterans

 
(JULY 5, 2017) AUSTIN, TEXAS - IBC Bank - Austin recently invited a group of veterans for a weekend stay at King Ranch through the bank's partnership with Operation Finally Home. This trip marks the third year IBC Bank has invited veterans many of whom are struggling with service related injuries such as PTSD, traumatic brain injury and other ailments to the ranch. Throughout the course of the weekend the veterans, enjoyed activities such as fishing and hunting.
 
Operation Finally Home is a Texas-based nonprofit that provides disabled veterans and their families with mortage free homes through the support of local businesses, corporate sponsors and other generous benefactors. As a veteran himself, IBC Bank-Austin President and CEO Bob Barnes relates to the challenges service members face when returning home. IBC is very proud to be a corporate supporter and looks forward to growing its relationship with Operation Finally Home.

"In Central Texas we have a large community of veterans and working with organizations like Operation Finally Home is one way we can demonstrate our support for veterans. As part of their growing relationship IBC will take part in a special house dedication ceremony at Santa Rita Ranch later this month with Operation Finally Home as they present a veteran and his family with a new home.
