Ukraine Assistance

If you are wondering what you can do to help the people of Ukraine, here are four charities IBC Bank has verified that you can donate to:

Save the Children

Children in Eastern Ukraine have grown up in conflict for the past eight years, enduring violence, shelling and displacement. Without urgent de-escalation, the crisis will spiral out of control, with devastating consequences for families.

We are gravely concerned for children in Ukraine and around the world who might be caught in the middle of armed conflict and exposed to injury, hunger and cold.

That's why Save the Children works in the hardest-to-reach places, where it's toughest to be a child. Together, we can fight threats to child survival.

Ukraine Crisis Fund The lives of families fleeing violence in Ukraine are at immediate risk. CARE is providing support to partners on the ground and your help is urgently needed. Give now to rush urgently needed water, food, hygiene kits, and ongoing support for Ukrainian families.

Americares has an emergency response team on the way to Poland to support health services for families affected by the escalating humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. The team, which is headed to Krakow, has expertise in coordinating large-scale shipments of medicine and relief supplies and mobilizing emergency medical teams in crisis situations. Americares has 3 tons of critical medicine and medical supplies on the way to an organization working inside Ukraine, for hospitals and responders there.

We are prepared to deliver medicine, medical supplies, emergency funding and relief items to the region and have activated our roster of staff and volunteer medical professionals in the event they are needed to provide surge support in neighboring countries. Staffed by physicians, nurses and other medical professionals, our medical teams provide primary care services, emergency treatment for injuries and as well as mental health and psychosocial support services to help survivors cope with stress and trauma. There is a critical need right now for medicine and medical supplies, including antibiotics, insulin, IV fluids, wound care supplies and trauma kits. Americares is prepared to meet to those needs—and more.
