Engagement with J.D. Power

IBC Bank is pleased to announce its new engagement with J.D. Power, a global leader in consumer insights, data, analytics and advisory services that helps brands enhance and understand customer experience. J.D. Power has captured and interpreted the voice of the customer across many industries for almost 50 years. The company offers a full suite of branch service tracking, customer relationship studies, and benchmarking.

On April 16, 2018, J.D. Power will start to measure IBC Bank’s customer satisfaction with the service quality provided across our branch network. Through this engagement, J.D. Power will begin to periodically survey all our customers in regards to your satisfaction with IBC Bank’s products, branch quality and services, ATMs and online/mobile banking services. You can expect to receive emails or telephone calls inviting you to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Surveys will be conducted in both English and Spanish.

Through this engagement, we will continue to apply our “We Do More” motto by more accurately measuring the quality of service we provide. Our mission is to enhance our service skills and provide a great customer experience. In order to fulfill our goals, we need to conduct customer satisfaction surveys that will allow us to understand how we can serve you better. Your feedback will give us your point of view and it will be used to support initiatives to improve our products and customer experience in our branches and digital banking services.
