International Bank of Commerce makes every effort to provide the highest level of confidentiality and security to protect the account and personal information of our customers.

IBC Bank Online Security Features include:

  • Encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL) scrambles information as it passes across Internet.
  • Firewall computer keeps out unauthorized users.
  • Only messages from specified sources (accessed only by authorized IBC representatives) allowed into system.
  • Enrollment with IBC Bank Online allowed only when correct ATM/Debit Card or IBC Voice Information and PIN are provided.
  • Private User ID and Password required for access to IBC Bank Online.
  • IBC Bank Online session automatically terminated if there is no activity on PC for ten minutes. Repetition of login process required for reconnection.
  • After a wrong User ID and Password are entered at Sign On for the third time, the User ID is automatically locked out and contact with an IBC Representative is required to reset the password for that User ID.
