Maintain an average collected balance of $5,000 or a minimum daily balance of $2,500 to avoid service charges. Requires a daily collected balance of $2,500 to earn interest $10.95 monthly service charge if minimum balance requirements are unmet. The debit charge is a $0.25 Postage fee based on the number of enclosures.
