- Foreign nationals are non-United States citizens who are neither permanent nor non-permanent resident aliens
- Full income documentation is required
- Maximum LTV/CLTV is 70%
- Maximum Debt Ratio is 31%
- Gift Funds Are Not Allowed on Investment Property Loans
- Maximum 2% Seller Contributions Allowed on Investment Property Loans
