The Branch Manager Mina is phenomenal! She really makes me feel special, she remembers my name and remembers things about me based of previous conversations! Also Lucinda the teller is also amazing, she’s very fast at what she does and every time I visit the branch I always leave with a such an wonderful impression

I cannot say enough good things about Mina Fowler and the level of service she provided. I was out of state when a mistake at the corporate office resulted in my account being frozen. Needless to say, I was completely stressed and panicking because I suddenly couldn’t access my banking services while away from home. I had worked with Mina months before and immediately tried to track her down because I knew she was someone I could trust to help. Once I finally got connected with her, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. After I explained the situation, Mina immediately jumped into action. She took ownership of the problem, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked diligently to get my account unfrozen and back to normal as quickly as possible. What impressed me most was not only her knowledge and professionalism, but also how much she genuinely cared about helping me. She treated my problem like it was her own and never made me feel like just another customer. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Mina is a perfect example of what great banking leadership looks like. If every branch manager provided this level of care and dedication, banking would be a much less stressful experience. Thank you, Mina, for going above and beyond when I needed help the most!

Although IBC is a bit much as a company, the tellers Lucinda and Anansi at this location have always been a wonderful help!
