Beginning soon, after you log in to IBC Bank Online using your usual User ID and Password, you will be greeted with a new security page. This page will prompt you to select and provide answers to several security questions.

Will I need to provide this information every time I log on?

No. At times, we may prompt for this information as an additional layer of security if your IBC Bank Online session meets a pre-defined set of criteria.

What do I do if I forget the answers I selected?

In the event that you are prompted to answer your security questions and you do not remember your answers, you should contact Online Banking Support during normal business hours. You can call your local IBC Voice and choose the option to speak to an Online Support representative during normal business hours. (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30pm CST, and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm CST.)

Will my joint owner need to select answers as well?

Only one set of answers is allowed for each User ID. Customers who have answered security questions will also need to ensure that they provide the information to all of the users they have authorized to access the account through IBC Bank Online.

Can I skip the security question page?

In order to insure the success of the additional security measures, you are not allowed to skip the security question page. You will be required to answer the security questions before you will be allowed login to IBC Bank Online.
