We have had a very positive experience working with IBC Mortgage, especially Martha “Marty” Gdala and Shawn Cross. We came into this process dealing with an important and stressful financial situation for our family, and both Marty and Shawn have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. Marty has been patient and supportive from the beginning, helping us understand our options and guiding us through each step. Shawn has also been excellent about communicating what is needed, explaining where our loan is in the process, and keeping us informed when something is pending or delayed. The online application, document upload, and electronic signing process have also been very easy to use. What has stood out most to us is the personal attention. We have never felt like just another application or loan number. Having people who communicate clearly and respond when we have questions has made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We are very grateful to Marty and Shawn for the care and attention they have given our family and our loan process. Thank you both!

I have been with IBC for more than 15 years. I love the amazing customer service. Every time I have dealt with anyone at this bank, service has been amazing. I took my daughter to get her first debt card on her birthday. I had called ahead of time to ask if she could get an account at 16 years of age. I told them it was going to be her 16 birthday the next day and i would bring her in to get it. When I walked in the next day. The staff remembered our previous conversation, They all sang happy Birthday to her. Thank you Juan and all the staff.
