Muy tardado nomás tienen como 3 cajeras 2 se ocupan de los autos y una con las personas q están adentro y se hace una fila tan grande pienso que deberían de arreglar eso porque a veces tardamos más d 30 min esperando ser atendidos gracias

Typically the customer service is horrible. You always have long wait times and it is impossible to get or keep them on the phone. But recently I had to change my checking and the manager, an awesome young lady and another lady at the desk in the lobby were awesome. They took care of me and got everything done I needed. Much as gracias ladies. Great job.
