IBC LOCATIONS

Whoever trained these people at this bank location needs to be trained themselves .... They rarely answer the phone. They don't know all the answers and they're very slow. I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to be done at this branch. I've told myself for a year now that I'm gonna go to a new bank.

Friendly, competent staff and excellent service.
