DALLAS BOASTS NEWEST IBC BANK LOCATION

(Sept.19, 2017) DALLAS – IBC Bank made its mark on Dallas today as the company celebrated the grand opening of their newest location at IBC Plaza at 3800 Maple. With the addition of this new location, the Laredo, Texas based financial institution will now serve 88 communities across Texas and Oklahoma. This is IBC Bank’s first full service branch in the Dallas market.
“Having already established a successful commercial lending office in Dallas, it was important for us to continue expanding our reach in the market with a full service branch,” said IBC Bank- Oklahoma President and CEO Bill Schonacher, who will oversee the Dallas location. “We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring IBC’s brand of full-service community banking to the citizens and businesses of Dallas.”

IBC Plaza at 3800 Maple is an eight-story office building located in the Maple District, which was previously known as the Oak Lawn Plaza. IBC Bank’s full service branch will occupy the first floor. The building’s remaining floors are being renovated and are available for immediate lease.
