(Sept.19, 2017) DALLAS – IBC Bank made its mark on Dallas today as the company celebrated the grand opening of their newest location at IBC Plaza at 3800 Maple. With the addition of this new location, the Laredo, Texas based financial institution will now serve 88 communities across Texas and Oklahoma.
