IBC BANK-OKLAHOMA APPOINTS WINCHESTER CARLISLE FOUNDER RICHARD DIX TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(MAY 14, 2019) OKLAHOMA CITY - IBC Bank-Oklahoma is proud to announce the appointment of Richard Dix to its board of directors. Dix currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of Winchester Carlisle Companies.

"IBC Bank has played a vital role in the success of communities in Oklahoma and Texas for many years," Dix said. "I am honored to join IBC Bank's board of directors and I look forward to helping expand the bank's presence in North Texas."

"Richard will be an asset to our IBC Bank family, and we are elated to have the opportunity to leverage his expertise in North Texas as our company continues to expand," said IBC Bank-Oklahoma President and CEO Bill Schonacher. "His civic and community engagement in Dallas will play an integral role in the growth and sustainment of the bank, and we look forward to continuing that involvement for the citizens in the communities we serve."

Dix has over 20 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate development, manufacturing and several other entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to founding Winchester Carlisle Companies, Dix served as the Mountain West Area President for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM). He currently holds a seat on the board for the Oklahoma State University Eastin Center for Talent Development and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization, Gold Dallas and Maverick Chapters.

Dix graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1990. He and his wife, Jennifer currently co-chair a Hope Lodge campaign for the American Cancer Society They have two children.
